Based in Western Sydney, we’re now looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our Elite Sales Team.This is an exciting opportunity to join the talented team at ALL GOOD REAL ESTATE' as a Sales Associate on a part-time basis. Based in the vibrant Norwest NSW 2153 area, this role will see you play a key part in the company's continued success in the residential real estate market.

The Role:

Working alongside an experienced and highly successful team, you’ll be responsible for:

Handling enquiries via phone, email, and SMS

Hosting open homes and conducting private buyer inspections

Prospecting for new business: phone calls, door-knocking, and networking

Managing and updating our CRM and client database

Coordinating appointments, inspections, and meetings

Assisting in negotiations and liaising with vendors and buyers

Preparing and distributing property reports

About You:

You’re a driven individual with a genuine interest in real estate. You are:

Resilient, enthusiastic, and hungry to learn and succeed

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Impeccably presented with excellent communication skills

Focused on delivering 5-star service to clients

In possession of a valid NSW Driver’s Licence and a reliable vehicle

Certified with a NSW Assistant Agent Certificate or willing to obtain one before starting
