About Us

The Belmont Hotel is one of Geelong’s most well-known food institutions. Consisting of two levels which include a rooftop terrace, bar, restaurant and function room.

We’re currently on the lookout for friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our Front of House team.

About you

• Previous Bar, Restaurant or Cafe experience would be an advantage

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Availability that includes days, nights and weekends.

• Thrives on providing exceptional customer service to all guests

• A lively personality and positive can-do attitude

About Belmont Hotel

Since the rejuvenation of The Belmont Hotel in 2008, it has been warmly embraced by a variety of customers from within the corporate sector and the general public.

We have several eating and drinking areas for you to choose from and each room comes with its own individual character and ambience.

The Bar is the perfect place to catch up with friends for a casual drink and sample some of our delicious meals from our bar menu. We have live local bands playing every Friday and Saturday night offering great entertainment till 1 a.m. In the cooler months come in and join the ambience of our open fire.

The Wine Lounge is a relaxed cosy Art Deco room that features the Belmont Hotel’s original fire place from the 70’s and big luxurious couches. This room will impress anyone looking for a quiet drink, coffee or small gatherings and also can be hired as a function room for up to 50 guests.
