Book premium hotels, exclusive tours, private transfers & tailored experiences

Confirm supplier services and manage all logistics behind the scenes

Prepare flawless, detailed travel documentation and stunning itineraries

Assist with availability checks and pricing requests

Stay up to date with the latest in luxury travel trends and experiences

Support the team with admin tasks and one-off projects

✅ What We're Looking For:

Experience in the travel industry (luxury or high-end preferred)

A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills

Confident communicator with top-notch customer service

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and booking systems
