At Coastal Window Furnishings, we specialise in premium curtains, blinds, shutters, and cutting-edge window furnishing solutions—and we’re looking for a motivated Curtains, Shutters & Blinds Installer to join our growing team on a contract, part-time basis.

What We Offer

$30–$45 per hour, based on experience

Company vehicle and all tools provided

All training provided – ideal for experienced trades looking to learn window furnishings

Flexible part-time hours - 2-3 days per week to start

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

Installing curtains, blinds, shutters, and other window furnishings across the Mornington Peninsula and beyond

Providing high-quality, detail-oriented workmanship

Once fully trained, work independently and professionally in both homes and commercial spaces

Communicating clearly with clients and maintaining a clean, safe worksite

Once you’re confident and working autonomously, you’ll be on the road independently servicing our clients

What We’re Looking For

Experience in window furnishings installation OR a trade background (e.g. carpentry, cabinetry, general handyman)

A willingness to learn new skills – training is fully provided

Excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude

Current driver’s licence

ABN and insurance (or willingness to get them)

A police check will be required upon job offer. We’ll guide you through the process if you don’t already have one.
