Abou the Role
RN-1 We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Mental Health team, providing high-quality, recovery-focused care within a supportive and collaborative environment. In this role, you'll consolidate your nursing knowledge and skills as you develop towards proficient practice, delivering direct clinical care and individual case management to consumers. Under the guidance of senior mental health nurses, you’ll play a vital part in promoting consumer wellbeing through education, counselling, and group work, while working closely with multidisciplinary teams and community partners. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
RN-2 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse (CN) to deliver high-quality mental health nursing care across a variety of settings within the Mental Health Care Program (MHCP). This is a dynamic clinical role where your consolidated expertise will support not only direct consumer care and case management, but also the mentoring and development of junior staff. You'll work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred education, counselling, and group work that supports recovery-focused outcomes. There may also be opportunities to contribute to teaching, research, and broader MHCP initiatives, including the development of clinical protocols and service improvement projects.
