Roster: Monday to Friday

What you will be doing:

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will take ownership of daily warehouse operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and maintaining high safety and efficiency standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Supervising daily warehouse activities including receiving, dispatch, stock control, and inventory management.

Leading and motivating warehouse staff to achieve KPIs and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Ensuring compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Coordinating with internal teams including sales and customer service to meet customer expectations.

Maintaining accurate records of stock movements, documentation, and reporting.

What you will need :

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Proven experience in warehouse supervision or team leading roles within industrial, hydraulic, or related sectors.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a small team.

Sound knowledge of warehouse systems, stock control and processes.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.

A commitment to workplace health & safety and quality assurance.

Forklift licence (essential).

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
