With a legacy built on integrity, teamwork, and unwavering client focus, we are seeking a friendly, polished, and proactive Receptionist & Office Administrator to become the welcoming face and operational backbone of our South Yarra office.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organisation, takes pride in presentation, and finds fulfilment in helping a high-performing team operate at their best. You’ll be integral in ensuring every visitor, client, and colleague experiences the warmth and professionalism that define the Pomeroy brand.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Greeting clients, guests, and stakeholders with professionalism and warmth.
Managing all incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries with clarity and care.
Coordinating guest experiences — from room setup to refreshments and catering.
Supporting the Executive Assistant and Leadership Team with daily administrative needs.
Booking and preparing meeting rooms; ensuring seamless guest arrivals and experiences.
Handling mail, couriers, office supplies, and facilities maintenance.
Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and coffee machines; managing supplies and presentation.
Ensuring digital file management and office protocols are consistently followed.
Supporting OH&S and internal Quality Management System compliance.
What You’ll Bring:
Previous experience in a Receptionist, Office Administrator, or Team Assistant role.
A high level of professionalism, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding attention to detail, time management, and a proactive mindset.
A warm, approachable personality and “team first” attitude.
Confidence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
Completion of secondary school (Year 11 or 12) is required.
Bonus: Completion of a Receptionist or Personal Assistant course.
