Merge is seeking a motivated Labourer to join our team and train as a Drillers Offsider for a client based in Bibra Lake. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start a long-term career in the drilling industry – no prior experience necessary, just a great attitude and willingness to learn. This role is local, NOT FIFO.

As a Driller’s Offsider, you’ll take on a physically demanding and hands-on role, supporting drilling operations in the field. If you enjoy working outdoors, are mechanically minded, and looking for a role with growth potential – we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the driller with operating and maintaining drilling equipment.

Help with the setup, dismantling, and relocation of rigs and associated machinery.

Rod handling and general manual labour.

Maintain clean and safe worksites.

What We’re Looking For:

MANUAL C class driver’s license.

Own reliable transport.

Mechanically minded and eager to learn.

Enjoy working outdoors in a team-focused environment.

Manual labouring experience and be physically fit to cope with the demands of the position.

White Card (Essential).

Strong team player with a positive attitude.

Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol screening.

Must be an Australian Citizenship or Permanent Resident.
