The Role

We are currently seeking a full-time person to join our parts team, working Monday to Friday. No weekends! This position is perfect for someone with GIR experience who possess excellent attention to detail.

Your responsibilities will include:

Meticulously record all received goods into our inventory management system.
Label and organize incoming stock for efficient storage within the warehouse.
Identify and report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages in deliveries.
Collaborate effectively with other warehouse team members and departments to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

A keen eye for detail and accuracy is essential

You must be able to complete all the physical requirements of the job. This includes long periods of standing, walking, lifting, carrying and reaching overhead.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

The desire to thrive in a fast-paced warehousing environment.

Ability to follow and maintain internal processes and procedures

Previous experience in a warehousing or receiving role is desirable but not essential.

Proven reliability and a strong work ethic is essential.

You will be part of a hardworking and supportive team as we all work together to provide high quality service to the car owners of Cairns.
