About the Organisation:

You'll be working in a close-knit team of 12 (including 2 partners) on audit engagements for NFP's, private & family businesses, government & public sector clients, and more (up to $200million).

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver a range of assurance engagements on a diverse portfolio, while working collaboratively with the audit team.
• Lead fieldwork, mentor junior staff members and inform the partners/managers about engagement progress
• Manage project timelines and be a direct contact for client queries
• Get involved in end-to-end audits from planning through to completion
• Get exposed to emerging areas in the industry (including climate-related financial disclosures!)

Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years' experience working as an external auditor in a public practice firm
• Strong knowledge of AABS and IFRS
• Strong ability to build long-term client relationships and manage multiple audit engagements simultaneously
• Someone who enjoys working in a collaborative and dynamic team
• CPA/CA qualification (or working towards) is ideal!
