We license organisations to play, perform, copy or record our members’ music, and we distribute the royalties to our members.
Join our Publisher Services team as a Resolutions Officer!
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our Publisher Services team. This team is responsible for frontline service delivery to APRA and AMCOS publisher members, including managing account queries, resolving counterclaims, and ensuring accurate and timely royalty distributions.
The role is based in our Ultimo office, which is on Gadigal land.
As a Resolutions Officer, your responsibilities will include:
• Managing resolutions cases through both incoming queries and outgoing requests
• Assessing work and agreement records to determine ownership and amend share ownership details
• Reviewing reports and systems near distribution dates and notifying publishers of high-earning works in dispute
• Processing adjustments to correct previous APRA payments to publishers
• Participating in training and performing alternate tasks as required

• General knowledge of popular music and sufficient mathematical skills
