We are recruiting on behalf of a global leader in temperature-controlled logistics, offering an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing warehouse team. This role requires experienced reach forklift and tugger operators who are flexible, safety-conscious, and ready to work in cold conditions.

About the Role:
This is an afternoon shift position operating within both chiller ( -4 ) and freezer ( -22 ) environments with approximately 70% of work taking place in the freezer. Full PPE will be provided.

You will be operating both high reach forklifts and tuggers (ride-on electric pallet jacks) to pick and pack orders. Flexibility to perform both picking on tuggers and forklift operation is essential, as this is not purely a forklift-only role.

Key Details:
Shift time: 2PM - 10PM (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: $50 per hour + Super
Location: Dandenong South

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Operating high reach forklifts and tuggers
• Picking and packing orders using RF scanners
• Working in cold storage, including freezers at -22
• Lifting products up to 20kgs
• Handling a range of goods from various clients
• Following safety and operational procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Valid LF Licence with a minimum of 2 years’ High Reach experience
• Experience operating tuggers / ride on pallet jacks
• Comfortable working in cold environments
• RF scanning experience
• Physically fit with ability to lift up to 20kgs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Own transport to and from site
