About the Role
We’re looking for a tech-confident and people-focused Customer/Technical Support Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you’ll provide exceptional support to our clients, guiding them through onboarding, helping them troubleshoot, and ensuring they get the most from the Microkeeper platform. You’ll be the go-to contact for both new and existing users, building strong relationships while solving real problems.
Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional support to clients via phone and email
Guide new clients through onboarding and system setup
Troubleshoot software-related queries and offer effective solutions
Create and update support materials such as how-to guides and FAQs
Collect feedback to help improve our platform and services
Contribute to ongoing improvements in our support processes
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication skills with a calm, professional manner
A genuine interest in tech and helping others
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable transport to our Geelong office
Bonus if you’ve had experience in admin (e.g., payroll or rostering), but not essential
Full training provided — no prior Microkeeper experience required
