As a Gaming Attendant you will:

• Fulfil a variety of rotating rostered shifts including opens, mids, closes, weekends and public holidays in conjunction with our Club’s operating hours.
• Provide Patrons with an exceptional customer experience
• Enforce & implement the Club RSA & RCG policy
• Courteous, welcoming & informative manner when at work.
• Ensure all guest and member complaints are dealt with promptly and effectively ensuring our guest or member satisfied.
• Ability to identify and interpret players who are at risk or not utilising products in an enjoyable and sustainable manner and entering information into our CRM systems.
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role
• Ensure gaming areas are maintained and well presented

What we are looking for:

• Holds a current NSW RSA and NSW RCG (Essential)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well both independently and with a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Basic understanding of gaming operations, or willingness to learn.
• Values teamwork
