Duties & responsibilities:

Collaborate with the production manager to plan and schedule garment production activities, ensuring on-time delivery and quality control.

Coordinate with customers to source materials and fabrics, negotiate prices, and track deliveries.

Assist in the development of garment samples, including fittings, and adjustments.

Conduct quality checks on finished garments to ensure they meet company standards and customer expectations.

Assist in organizing and executing fashion photo shoots, runway shows, and promotional events.

Prepare and maintain production reports, spreadsheets, and documentation to track progress and costs.

Collaborate with designers and garment technicians to address production issues and make necessary improvements.

Stay updated on fashion trends, industry news, and emerging technologies to contribute innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field (preferred).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

Previous experience or internships in the fashion industry is advantageous.
