HP3 Occupational Therapist required for locum with remote health service based in South West Queensland. You will join a small allied health team and cover a varied caseload including:

Rural generalist working within a multidisciplinary team to manage, co-ordinate and provide optimal, responsive and flexible paediatric and adult Occupational Therapy services in acute, community and outreach settings. Servicing over more than 310,000 square kilometers. Providing Occupational therapy via 26 healthcare facilities consisting of hospitals, multipurpose health services, community clinics, aged care facilities and general practice services. Rural generalist caseload includes but not limited to paediatrics, acute medical and surgical, community and outpatient hand therapy and lymphedema. Creating discharge plans, perform therapeutic interventions including assessing occupational performance and engagement through cognitive function and risk assessment.

Locum rates upto $72 per hour + super. Accommodation provided. $250 towards travel, each way.

2nd June – 27th June + possible extension.
