We’re a locally owned SA asphalt company based in Lonsdale, seeking an experienced Asphalt Patching Foreman to lead our patching crew on projects across Adelaide and surrounding regions.

About the Role

Lead and supervise daily patching operations in a crew of two

Liaise with traffic control and subcontractors

Conduct pre-start and ensure all site hazards are identified and controlled

Allocate tasks, manage equipment use, and monitor efficiency

Ensure work meets safety & quality standards

Report incidents and support continuous improvement in line with ISO and IMS standards

What We’re Looking For

Proven leadership experience in asphalt

Strong knowledge of safety procedures, equipment, and site operations

MR licence and White Card (required) and any plant tickets are advantageous

Physically fit and experienced with placing asphalt by hand

Confident in problem-solving, team leadership, and reporting
