About the Role

Located at the high-energy Highpoint store, you'll support the Store Manager in leading a passionate team, delivering standout customer service, and running day-to-day operations. You'll be a key player in one of the brand's busiest locations-bringing your leadership to life through sport, style, and community.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team

Drive exceptional customer experiences and meet KPIs

Oversee stock, VM, rosters, and store operations

Represent the brand at key sporting and community events

Build a positive and inclusive team culture
