About the Role
We’re on the lookout for energetic, friendly, and high-performing Gaming, Sports Bar, and Food & Beverage Team Members to join our vibrant crew at The Queens Hotel Gladstone in Gladstone, QLD. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality team in one of the region’s most iconic venues.

In this customer-facing role, you’ll be key to delivering memorable guest experiences across our newly renovated sports bar, gaming lounge, and food & beverage outlets.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

Providing outstanding service to guests in the sports bar, gaming lounge, and across the hotel

Preparing and serving a variety of beverages and meals, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic

Monitoring and maintaining gaming areas, ensuring compliance with all relevant gaming regulations

Creating a warm, welcoming, and responsible environment for all patrons

Assisting with cash handling and operating POS systems

Keeping bar, food service, and gaming areas clean, stocked, and well-presented

Working as part of a close-knit team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Following all health, safety, and licensing guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in hospitality, particularly in bars, restaurants, or gaming venues

Interest in sports, events & luxury experiences

A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for customer service

Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems

A proactive and adaptable mindset, especially in busy or high-pressure settings

A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certificate (or willingness to obtain both)

A professional, positive attitude and a strong work ethic
