Browns Jewellers, a global fine jewellery house with over 90 years of heritage, is bringing its timeless craftsmanship and unparalleled luxury to Australia with the opening of our very first Boutique in Sydney’s CBD. We are searching for great leaders and looking for a results driven Boutique Manager and Assistant Boutique Manager to lead our first Sydney Boutique to success.

As a leader and a founding member of our Sydney team, you will play a pivotal role in establishing Browns in Australia, setting the standard for excellence as we expand our presence in this new market. You will take ownership of successfully leading your team, building lasting client relationships, proactively achieving sales goals, and ensuring that the highest level of Client Experience is delivered.

With uncapped earning potential and the unique opportunity to help shape our brand’s future in Australia, this role is your chance to leave a lasting impact in a globally respected, iconic fine jewellery brand, at an exciting moment of growth and expansion.

Who we are

Founded in 1934, Browns Jewellers is a proudly South African, third-generation family business built on a legacy of craftsmanship, integrity, and timeless design. For over 90 years, we’ve been trusted to mark life’s most meaningful moments with exceptional natural diamond and precious gemstone jewellery, blending elegance with enduring quality. Following our successful expansion into the United Kingdom, we are proud to bring our heritage and vision to Australia with the launch of our first-ever Boutique in Sydney, opening in late September 2025.

This marks a significant milestone in our global journey and an exciting opportunity for ambitious individuals to help shape our brand presence in a new market.

At Browns, we are guided by a set of core values that define who we are and how we work. These values are the foundation of our culture and drive us towards excellence. Below are just some of the values that inspire and shape our approach:

Uphold Brand Excellence: Personally represent the brand with sophistication and professionalism, whilst coaching your team to do the same

In-Store Experience: Responsible for boutique presentation and ensuring excellent standards are upheld through visual merchandising, standards and the client in-store journey

Key Competencies & Role Requirements
