What We’re Looking For

Trade certification in welding or equivalent experience

Proven experience working with high tensile alloy steels

Understanding of pre-heat and post heat cycles

Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and brazing (including hard-facing)

Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset

Key Responsibilities

Fabrication and repair of parts using MIG, TIG, and brazing techniques, with a focus on high tensile alloy steels

Work with a variety of components including castings, forgings, and machined billets

Liaise with Workshop Coordinator, Engineering, and other team members to support ongoing product development

Assist in developing and refining processes for brazing tungsten carbide tools
