About the role

Roadline Civil Contractors in Broome, WA is seeking an experienced Operator to join our team on a casual basis. In this varied role, you will be responsible for operating a range of heavy machinery and equipment to support our civil construction projects throughout the local area. What you'll be doing

Operating excavators, backhoes, loaders, and other construction plant machinery

Must have experience using a Ausroad jet master truck

Performing pre-start checks and routine maintenance on equipment

Delivering materials and equipment to project sites as required

Adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations

Collaborating with the construction crew to ensure efficient workflow

Reporting any issues or concerns to the site supervisor

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Plant Operator in the construction industry

Competent in the operation of a variety of heavy machinery and equipment

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic maintenance

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to safe work practices and environmental compliance

Relevant licences and tickets, such as HR, HC or MC truck licence, excavator, forklift, etc.
