Your Day-to-Day

• Drafting, preparing and amending legal documentation and correspondence for your authors
• Client communication and management
• Diary management, including appointment setting for clients and other events
• Document management for disclosure and briefs
• Managing e-files from instruction to closure
• Monthly billing management and debtor control
• Providing exceptional admin support across the team

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in defendant insurance within a legal support position
• An eye for detail with incredible administrative prowess
• Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
• Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong ability to build genuine and long-standing internal relationships
• A proactive and solutions-focused approach
