Key Responsibilities:

As a Hair Transplant Doctor, you will work closely with a team of medical professionals to develop customised treatment plans and offer a compassionate, patient-centred approach.

Administer local anaesthesia with precision and care, ensuring maximum comfort and minimal bleeding for donor and recipient sites.

Provide post-operative instructions to patients and manage their recovery process.

Monitor healing, manage pain, prevent infections, and ensure patients are well-informed about the recovery process.

Offer guidance on scalp care and long-term hair loss prevention strategies.

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical history, treatment plans, and surgical outcomes.

Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and industry standards.

Work collaboratively with team members and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications:

Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) and a valid medical license to practice in Australia.

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in administering local anaesthesia with a focus on patient comfort and safety.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with patients and team members.

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple patients simultaneously.

Expertise in pain management.

Empathetic, compassionate, and patient-focused approach to care.

An interest in hair biology, anatomy, and understanding various types of hair loss will be highly preferred.
