What we’re looking for:
Current RSA and RSG certificates (essential)
TAB Basics accreditation and understanding of TAB operations
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced venue
Flexible availability — including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
The ideal candidate will:
Be confident using TAB systems and processes.
Maintain a professional and friendly manner at all times
Work well as part of a team
Handle high-pressure periods with ease
