About the role

Midland Industries' is seeking a dedicated Fitout Team Member to join our manufacturing operations in Parkes, NSW. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly and installation of high-quality industrial equipment and vehicles.

What you'll be doing

Precision assembly and installation of components according to detailed technical specifications

Undertaking routine maintenance and quality checks on equipment and machinery

Collaborating with the wider production team to ensure efficient workflows and timely delivery of finished products

Identifying and reporting any issues or opportunities for process improvements

Adhering to all relevant health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly or production role, preferably in the transport or industrial equipment sector

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with technical drawings and blueprints

Proficient in the use of hand and power tools as well as standard workshop machinery

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

A proactive mindset and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
