What you’ll be doing:

• Outbound calls to warm, leads
• Build rapport, understand customer needs & close the sale
• Maintain your pipeline using CRM systems
• Collaborate with the onboarding team for a smooth client handover
• Hit daily call targets and monthly sales goals

About you:

• 1+ year in a phone-based sales role (any industry)
• Confident communicator – both verbal and written
• Resilient, motivated, and target-driven
• Comfortable handling objections and driving results
• Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
