High Reach Forklift Operators (Raymond) | Dandenong South | AM & PM Shifts

H People is currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators with Raymond reach truck experience for an industry-leading client based in Dandenong South. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, safety-focused team in a clean and well-organised warehouse environment.

We are looking to fill two positions immediately:

• AM Shift: 6:00am–2:00pm | $35.50 per hour
• PM Shift: 2:00pm–10:00pm | $40.83 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating a Raymond high reach forklift confidently and safely
• Picking directly from racking using the high reach
• Meeting daily KPI and pick targets
• General warehouse duties as required

What We’re Looking For:

• MUST have recent experience operating Raymond high reach trucks
• Valid LF forklift licence
• Confidence in picking directly from racking at height
• Good attention to detail and a strong safety mindset
• Reliable transport to get to Dandenong South for shift times
