Soon to open a second venue, our concept at Everyday Lover is celebrating European bistro-inspired food across breakfast, lunch & dinner. The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Venue Manager at Everyday Lover to work closely with the owner. The role will be responsible for the venue's day-to-day operations, including building, driving and developing a passionate team of likeminded individuals. This is a hands-on role, and the Venue Manager will also be required to ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and oversee the upkeep of administrative and financial records. The role will focus on the improved implementation of company processes and procedures, ensuring compliance, quality food and service, and team morale.

The Requirements

2+ years of venue or duty management experience leading high-calibre restaurants.

A concrete track record of operational and business success.

Supporting your team in delivering world-class service to guests.

Experienced in high volume restaurant trade.

Developing the teams through coaching, feedback, and consistent training.

Mentoring the team through a hands-on approach.

Working with the owners and restaurant supervisors to build and implement strategies to improve company culture, business, people, and overall business profitability.

Working alongside the team during service and ensuring processes and procedures in standards and compliance are followed.

Managing costs to meet the company's financial goals without compromising service and our teams.
