Key Responsibilities

Leading the development, documentation and implementation of educational programs by referring to sound knowledge and understanding of approved learning frameworks in order to stimulate, engage and enhance children’s learning and development

Creating positive, professional, and genuine relationships with team members, children, and their families

Conducting daily operational documentation and record children's learning

Leading the environment to actively support every child to participate in the program

Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of programs and amend them, as required

Ensuring health and safety requirements are adhered to by each member of staff

About You

Hold a valid Diploma or be working towards a relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (other child related courses can be found at https://www.acecqa.gov.au/qualifications/nqf-approved)

A strong understanding of the National Quality Standards, Government Regulations, and the My Time, Our Place Learning Framework, or willingness to learn.

Experience working with and implementing Child Safe Standards

Hold a current Working with Children's Check

Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with children and families
