ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT / CAREER DEVELOPMENT

You will be joining a well-known business that is packed full of experienced Finance professionals and report to senior leadership who are fully invested in providing you with on-the-job training as you take on a variety of duties that will elevate your experience and knowledge.

Offering 1-day WFH post probation this business operates across ANZ with a highly recognizable brand with a Finance team of approx. 15 - it's a great place to learn and develop.

You will take on a variety of duties which will include:

• Month-end
• Balance sheet & GL reconciliations
• Assitance with budgets & forecasts
• Audit liaison
• Tax
• Journals and accruals
• Involvement with business process improvement
• General accounting support and ad hoc duties

To be a success in this position you will already have experience within an Accounts position, including being part of EOM processes. You will have a clear communication style, be confident with Excel, and be motivated to take on more responsibilities as your skills grow.

• Part-qualified CA / CPA or just at the start of your studies
• EOM experience in an Accounts position previously
• Good Excel capability
• Ability to hit deadlines
