This company is highly respected and well known in the Australian construction industry, operating across Australia and delivering highly specialised commercial projects, this builder is looking to onboard a Project Engineer to join their high functioning team in Canberra. This vacancy has come as a result of this company securing a healthy number of exciting projects ranging from $5M - $15M with continued ongoing pipeline of works.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

As a Project Engineer, you will report directly to your Project Manager. The intention is for this PE to be the Senior amongst Site Engineers and Cadets. You will work collaboratively with the site and project team to deliver your initial project in the Government sector, right from the design stages through to completion. You will liaise with the client and the project team to ensure that the project is delivered to a high standard.

• Budgeting and forecasting
• Variations
• Procurement
• Programming
• Cost control
• Client management

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable.
• Proven record as a Site/Contracts Administrator/Junior Project Manager or similar.
• Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers.
