T+O+M Recruitment are working exclusively with a well-respected organisation who support the delivery of critical and high-impact infrastructure projects across Australia.

Due to continued growth, they are hiring a Senior Treasury/Liquidity Analyst to join their Treasury team. This is a newly created role, offering exposure to funding strategy, liquidity risk management, and cross-functional collaboration at a national level.

Reporting directly to the Head of Treasury

Sydney CBD location - flexible working

$150k - $180k including super

Responsibilities:

Manage daily cash operations, short-term investments, and liquidity risk.

Oversee funding requirements and liaise with relevant partners on facility usage.

Develop and maintain cashflow forecasts and reports to support strategic decision-making.

Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to assess funding and liquidity resilience.

Collaborate with internal teams to inform treasury strategies and optimise funding outcomes.

Drive process improvements across cash management, reporting, and treasury operations.

About You:

CFA, CA or CPA qualified is desired

At least 3+ years experience in treasury management, funding and liquidity management

Strong understanding of cashflow management and liquidity analysis

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.

Strong problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented and a proactive approach.

Experience with Treasury Management Systems (Quantum, Kyriba, GTreasury, Reval) or similar system is a plus
