About the Role:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team on a casual basis. This role involves residential cleaning, ensuring homes are spotless and welcoming for our clients. You can start with as little as 6 hours per week and work up to 20 hours, depending on your availability and our scheduling needs, with the potential to increase hours as the business grows. Full paid training will be provided to help you succeed and feel confident in your role.

What You'll Be Doing:

General cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping surfaces

Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and other common areas to a high standard

Following a checklist to meet client expectations

Accepting and implementing feedback to improve performance and maintain our service standards

Ensuring timely and professional communication with clients and the team

What We Offer:

Award hourly rate of $31.21 + 11.5% superannuation

Paid travel between jobs at $0.99 per km in addition to your ordinary hours

About You:

You have a strong work ethic and attention to detail

You are reliable, punctual, and take pride in your work

You can work independently and follow instructions

You are open to receiving and applying feedback to improve your skills

You have a reliable car and a valid driver’s license

You can commit to working during school holidays

Prior cleaning experience is a bonus, but not essential – we’re happy to train the right candidate!
