About the Role

SkinSpirit Day Spa is seeking an experienced and dedicated Spa Therapist to join our multi-award-winning team. Located just 10 minutes south of Brisbane’s CBD, our boutique spa is synonymous with excellence, offering an elevated client experience in a calm and luxurious setting.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about skincare and wellness, with proven expertise in treatments such as facials, body massage, brow services, waxing (including Brazilian), and microdermabrasion. Earn $37+ per hour on weekdays and $47+ per hour on Saturdays, with additional bonuses and commission structures to reward your expertise and dedication.

• Flexible Work-Life Balance

Minimum of 30–35 hours per week with flexibility around your schedule. Set Tuesday to Saturday roster with the occasional Saturday off. Enjoy well-earned Sundays and Mondays off—no public holidays required.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of recent hands-on experience in a spa or salon setting, with confident skills in body and facial waxing (including Brazilian), massage, facials, and microdermabrasion.
• Presentation & Professionalism: Impeccably presented with a warm, client-focused attitude and a strong commitment to delivering high standards of service.
• Reliability & Passion: A team player who is motivated, punctual, and genuinely loves helping clients look and feel their best.
