About the role
We are currently seeking three motivated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our passionate team at The Point Brisbane Hotel. These casual positions offer flexible hours and the opportunity to work in two of our premier outlets—Lambert's Restaurant and Eagle’s Nest Rooftop Bar. Whether you're a hospitality professional looking to expand your experience or a passionate team player with great service skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Deliver warm, professional, and attentive guest service
Take and process food and beverage orders accurately
Serve meals and drinks to guest rooms (in-room dining), restaurant tables, or rooftop bar patrons efficiently
Set, clear, and reset tables to maintain a seamless guest experience
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across front-of-house and back-of-house areas
Support stock control and basic inventory tasks
Promptly respond to guest inquiries, resolving any issues with care and professionalism
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in food & beverage service or customer-facing hospitality roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A team-focused attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and pride in presentation
Availability for evening and/or weekend shifts
A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (essential)
