Elonara currently has full-time opportunities in the North Sydney/ Upper & Lower North Shore areas for experienced and skilled licensed Electricians to join our New South Wales Branch.

This role requires:

Carrying out planned preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance works.

Proactively planning and coordinating maintenance and upkeep of our client’s infrastructure.

Ensure the highest efficiency levels and statutory standards are maintained.

Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

Communicating with stakeholders, clients, facilities managers, and subcontractors

Monitoring, operation and maintenance of electrical infrastructure and associated assets

Ensure plant operational performance is maintained and critical process issues are diagnosed and resolved

Maintain and excel through WHS practices

Attributes and Experience:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a licensed electrical tradesperson role

Demonstrated experience in the electrical, communications and EV industry

Excellent fault-finding and rectification skills

Experience with simPRO and Microsoft Office suite is highly advantageous.

Experience in a maintenance role is highly desirable.

Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health requirements including hazard identification

Dedication to safety and safe work practices

Reliable and self-motivated

Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create and maintain strong customer relationships.

Experience providing maintenance services within a corporate environment.

Neat and presentable appearance

Strong knowledge of WHS standards and legislations

Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.

Provide excellent service standards to ensure client satisfaction.

Work within deadlines and budgets

The ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, high-pressure environment.

Experience in providing exceptional Customer Service

Ready to learn new technologies and grow with new experiences.

Knowledge and experience with IT systems and computer skills would be an advantage

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail

Qualifications:

NSW Electrical License & Contractor’s License or equivalent

BICSI/ACRS Cabler Registration Licence with competencies/endorsements or equivalent Certificate 3 in Telecommunications qualification

NSW Driver’s licence

Working with Children Check

WHS General Construction Whitecard in NSW

Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident

First Aid Certificate (not essential)

Elevated work Platform license (not essential)
