Work alongside their fantastic RC-Director in performing a suite of managerial, team leadership, customer facing, file reviews and business development duties

This Occupational Rehabilitation Provider has absolutely taken the market by storm and as such, the RC-director is eager to onboard an experienced leader to join him in ensuring that service delivery quality remains at a high level.

As their State Manager / Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in:

Leading a professional, warm team who will warmly welcome you.

Providing your professional input to wider growth initiatives and collaborating with their director.

Assisting a varied caseload through conducting relevant assessments and providing return-to-work case management.

Liaising with key stakeholders and contributing to health prevention projects.

Engaging with clients onsite and supporting them in achieving health and work outcomes.

Requirements:

Approved tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Psychology.

Current registration with AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC/RCAA.

Positive and collaborative work style with excellent communication skills.

Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Occupational Rehabilitation experience (minimum of 3 years)

Management skills with direct leadership experience.
