About the role

Finncare is seeking an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our dedicated team at our aged care facility in Thornlands, Queensland. This is a part-time position, providing the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our elderly residents while enjoying a positive work-life balance.

What you'll be doing

Providing high-quality nursing care and support to our aged care residents

Assisting with the administration and management of medications

Collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualised care plans

Monitoring and documenting residents' health and well-being

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

Promoting resident independence and dignity through a person-centred approach

Contributing to a positive and supportive team environment

What we're looking for

Current Enrolled Nurse registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)

Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with residents and their families

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Reliability and punctuality; great team player
