We’re looking for someone who doesn’t want to juggle dozens of clients or switch gears every week. This is for the strategist who wants to go deep — to focus their skills, creativity, and energy into building one meaningful brand for the long haul.

You’ll be the architect of our organic growth, working side by side with our Director, CEO, Marketing & PR team, and Web Developer. You won’t be managing a team — you’ll be leading strategy, execution, and impact.

What You’ll Do

Own and execute the full SEO strategy across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Drive growth through strategic outreach — building partnerships, securing guest posts, and landing impactful backlinks that drive authority.

Update and optimise content when needed — strong writing instincts are essential, even if you’re not the main content creator.

Explore ideas, test, learn, and scale — with the autonomy to make things happen fast.

Work closely with developers to execute high-impact technical improvements.

Collaborate with our content and media team to ensure SEO and storytelling work in harmony.

Keep us ahead of algorithm changes, search trends, and market shifts — and adapt before others even see it coming.

What You Bring

5–10+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a track record of scaling organic traffic.

Experience working with well-known or large-scale brands — you understand big-picture strategy and high-growth dynamics.

Deep technical SEO knowledge: crawl efficiency, site structure, canonical tags, noindex, rendering, internal linking, and beyond.

Comprehensive understanding of SEO tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, GA4, GSC, and Looker Studio.

You don't need to write content, but you DO need strong instincts for writing and content — you know how to optimise and when to rewrite for both humans and algorithms.

A natural at building relationships, landing opportunities, and elevating domain authority.

A strategic operator who moves fast, stays sharp, and aligns every action with business goals.

Excellent communicator who can explain complex SEO ideas in simple, practical terms.
