We are looking for Support Workers who possess critical thinking, work well within a team or on their own and who are trustworthy and reliable. We are also seeking Support Workers who are Registered Nurses for participants with complex care needs.

Our Support Workers must have good written and verbal communication skills. Administration is an important part of the role. You must be able to send emails & complete reports (Shift & Incidents) competently. The industry software we use is Shiftcare for rostering & administration.

Domestic duties are a common shift tasks and must be completed adequately. Potential team members, need to be confident in driving long or short distances and always drive safely!

Will require current & valid forms of the following:

• First Aid
• CPR
• Working with children’s check
• Police check
• NDIS workers check
• Full Valid licence
• Own vehicle registered & insured
• Possession of Certificate III in Disability or other relevant qualification or working towards obtaining qualification within 12 months.
