This is an opportunity to work on a high-end apartment development project with a builder developer. You will be delivering $42M tower multi res development located in Wollongong.

• Salary range: $150,000 -$180,000 + Super

What you will be doing?
In this role you be leading a team of Contract Administrators. You will be preparing tenders, contract management, subcontracts, progress claims, supply agreements and project procedures for a apartment development projects. You will have and in project lifecycle being mentored by the Senior Project Manager to in future become the Project Manager. Additionally working collaborative in the team is key to deliver.

What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone that has demonstrated experience in delivering commercial new build or Multi Res projects. Ideally exposure to project/portfolio above $25 million would help with being successful in this role. Strong ability to adapt and overcome challenges, and communication clearly with stakeholders. This role also had a very clear progression plan to Project Manager.

They pipeline is secure with long term relationships. Projects are across spread across Wollongong and they are looking for a senior contract administrator to be a leader and with desire to grow into a Project Manager.
