About the Role:
As a Voice Picker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of stock within our distribution centre.
This position is in a chilled -4 and or freezer -25 temperature and you will be required to work in either area.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking and packing orders using state-of-the-art technology and equipment.
• Operating various machinery and equipment, such as tuggers to load, unload, and move stock and shrink-wrapping machinery.
• Conducting quality checks to maintain the highest standards of product integrity.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve daily KPI targets and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
• Adhering to strict safety protocols and promoting a safe working environment.

Requirements:
To succeed as a Voice Picker with us, you should meet the following criteria:

• Experience in a picking/packing role within a warehouse or distribution centre environment is essential.
• Experience within a Cold Storage environment preferred
• Must be available for shifts MON/THU/FRI, including Saturday when required.
  
• Be able to lift, move and carry up to 25kgs.
• A valid forklift license is highly desirable, but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area.
