About the Role
As a Rehabilitation Consultant at IOH, you will:
Manage your own portfolio of clients with autonomy and flexibility
Deliver tailored return-to-work services with a strong focus on functional and vocational outcomes
Liaise with treating health professionals, employers, insurers, and legal stakeholders to develop clear, goal-oriented rehabilitation plans
Conduct Activities of Daily Living (ADL) assessments, workplace assessments, Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs) and participate in medical case conferences.
You will be supported by our Allied Health Assistants, who assist in gathering relevant information, sourcing quotes, and implementing recommended services.
