What You'll do:

* Provide exceptional personalized service responding to guest inquiries

* Promote business services & facilities to achieve sales goals

* Process reservations, check-ins/outs, and coordinate reception duties

What We're Looking For:

• Passionate about delivering top-notch customer experiences

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience with RMS Property Management System (highly regarded)

• Previous hospitality/travel/tourism experience essential

• Available to work shifts, weekends, public holidays
