About the role

This is a full-time Retail Stock Controller/Warranty Assistant role with Babyroad, located in Booragoon, Western Australia. As a Retail Stock Controller/Warranty Assistant, you will be key in maintaining the company's inventory and ensuring a positive customer experience through efficient warranty management.

What you'll be doing

Accurately tracking and controlling stock levels across the store.

Processing customer warranty claims in a timely and effective manner

Assisting with the receiving and processing of new stock deliveries

Identifying and resolving stock discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory

Providing excellent customer service to address any warranty-related enquiries

Supporting the broader retail team with various store operations as needed

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail stock control or customer service role

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers

Proficient in using inventory management systems and computer software

A passion for providing exceptional customer service
