About the role

Applied Mechanical Solutions is seeking an experienced Auto Electrician to join our team in our Kenwick, WA location. This is a casual role, offering flexible work arrangements to suit your needs. As an Auto Electrician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical systems in a variety of vehicles, ensuring they are functioning safely and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

Diagnose and repair electrical faults in vehicles

Install, maintain and repair vehicle electrical components and systems

Perform scheduled maintenance on vehicles

Test and replace faulty parts and components

Liaise with customers to understand their vehicle issues

Provide excellent customer service and advice

Work in a safe and compliant manner

What we're looking for

Relevant trade qualifications in automotive electrical or electronics

2+ years of experience as an Auto Electrician

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Commitment to safety and quality standards
