Happy Feet Fitness Instructor (Bunbury & Busselton)

We are Australia’s leading children’s play-based learning, fitness and entertainment program, and we’re looking for someone to join us in the Bunbury & Busselton area.

What You'll Do

Take over an existing schedule of classes 4 mornings per week (Monday to Thursday), with the aim to build the schedule to 3-4 full days (school hours only) during 2025.

Lead fun, interactive 30-minute classes using music, movement, storytelling, and imaginative play, to children (ages 0–5) in childcare centres.

Current classes operate in Busselton, Capel, Dalyellup, Eaton and Glen Iris, with plenty of scope for growth to other suburbs in the region.

Build strong relationships with children, families and centres.

What You Need

A good head for running your own small business - you will be an independent contractor, not an employee, and need to be able to work fairly autonomously.

Experience in kids’ fitness, dance, drama, or early childhood education (preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Working With Children Card + First Aid (essential).

Reliable car to transport props (essential).

Must be available Monday to Thursday mornings, 9:00am–12:00pm. Additional hours will be needed in the coming months as your schedule grows.

Please note: This role is not suitable for high school students, working holidaymakers, or those requiring sponsorship. Consistency is crucial for our centres and the children we teach. You need to be organised, reliable and professional, and confident working with young children.
