About the Role:

We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Community Registered Nurse to provide specialised care across Newcastle and Hunter Valley. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients in their homes, offering expert support in:
✔ Spinal injury care
✔ Continence assessments, catheterisation & catheter care
✔ Neurological observations
✔ Wound management

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 AHPRA Registered Nurse with full working rights in Australia

🔹 Experience with spinal cord injuries
🔹 Strong clinical assessment & wound care skills
🔹 A passion for community nursing & NDIS
🔹 Current driver’s license & reliable vehicle
