You are experienced in meaningful community engagement, with a genuine interest in addressing problematic narratives for Aboriginal peoples. Your critical thinking skills help you navigate complex issues with ease, while balancing multiple priorities and demands. You demonstrate capacity to manage research projects, including analysis, reporting and archiving.

About the Role
Reporting to the Bradley Distinguished Professor, you will be responsible for undertaking high-quality research projects deploying de-colonising theory and practice, to build and enable a two-way approach to the Telling the Whole Story Project. You will contribute to encouraging dialogue to recover Aboriginal knowledge, languages, cultures and stories into a bigger, more inclusive narrative.

To Be Successful You Will Need
- Understanding of the South Australian community sector and experience establishing and maintaining a network of contacts for collaborative activities relevant to Aboriginal community engagement
- Demonstrated capacity to manage research projects including documenting and archiving
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in writing up research findings for a variety of audiences
- High level of interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
